A. Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email and a payment receipt. When the order ships we will send a second email with a mail carrier tracking number
A. When in stock our products ship out to the buyer 2- 3 business days and arrive in 3-5 business days. The maximum wait time would be 5-8 business days unless there is a shipping delay on the mail carrier’s part. We use UPS.

While uncommon, if your order has been shipped, and still not arrived you may call us at our listed number (on the home page & contact page) or email us at info@threecoffeesages.com (subject line: Order missing). We will respond within 1 business day. We care about our reliability and our customer orders.
A. We do not allow orders through our website on orders that are not in-stock to avoid excessive back-order issues. If you wish to order a product we are out of stock on, please email us at info@threecoffeesages.com so we may try to accommodate you.
A. Yes, you may cancel an order before it has shipped. After it has shipped you must contact us once it arrives, and we will process a return request.
A. If your product arrives damaged or you suspect it may be damaged, carefully open the shipping box, do not throw it out and take photos of the internal content. Please be aware that a damaged box does not necessarily mean a damaged product. Then email us at info@threecoffeesages.com (subject line: DUA). Please leave a phone number for us to contact. Our office may leave you a voicemail if we don’t reach you.
A. Three Coffee Sages, L.L.C. offers a 7-day return period from the time that you receive the product. Please contact us directly for issues related to product malfunction.
A. YES! All our products have a limited 1-year warranty, unless otherwise specified. We understand that things happen, and we are committed to the quality of our product
A. We offer a variety of customization for our product line up, specifically custom engraving. Most of our products are engraved, and there are options for you to engrave specific messages in your items, or even photos.
* Please note that custom engraving takes extra time, it will add 1-2 business days to the shipping time.
